Our shipping network covers over 130 countries and regions, spanning major markets like North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. Whether you’re ordering a pair of durable work boots to the U.S., stylish loafers to the UK, or comfortable sandals to Australia, we partner with leading carriers—including DHL, FedEx, and regional postal services—to ensure reliable transit. We offer two core shipping options to suit your needs:​

Local Delivery: The delivery of Products to local addresses within the territory where the Company operates shall be completed within 2 to 5 business days from the date on which the Order is confirmed and the full payment is received by the Company. Business days here refer to regular working days excluding weekends and statutory public holidays.

International Delivery: For orders shipped to addresses outside the aforesaid territory, the delivery period shall be 3 to 7 business days, calculated from the date of the Order’s dispatch from the Company’s warehouse. This timeframe excludes any delays arising from customs clearance procedures, international transportation disruptions, or force majeure events beyond the Company’s reasonable control. The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its direct management.

To safeguard your shoes, we use specialized packaging: each pair is placed in its original brand box, which is then wrapped in bubble wrap or corrugated cardboard to absorb impacts during transit. For delicate styles like stilettos or suede shoes, we add extra tissue paper to prevent scratches or moisture damage. Additionally, all orders undergo a 1–3 business day processing period, where we inspect shoes for defects (e.g., loose stitching, misaligned soles) and ensure proper packaging before dispatch—never rushing to compromise quality.​

Transparency is key to our service: we provide real-time order tracking for every shipment. Once your shoes leave our Hong Kong warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use on our website’s “Track Order” page or the carrier’s platform to monitor progress—from dispatch to out-for-delivery. We also display shipping costs and estimated delivery dates upfront at checkout, so you know the full cost and timeline before completing your purchase.​

For international orders, we clarify customs duties and taxes based on your country’s regulations, ensuring no unexpected charges upon delivery.
